Role-based access
Owner, admin, booker, accountant, scout or read-only: everyone sees only what they need.
Activity log
Role changes, views of sensitive data, deletions and exports are recorded.
Sensitive data protected
IBANs and ID numbers encrypted, documents visible to authorised roles only.
No facial recognition
No biometric data, origin, health or orientation is ever collected or inferred.
Daily backups
Point-in-time recovery and daily exports within the European Union.
